I thought Jack did a good job. I understand that he is all over the country with these hearings and it is not feasible to meet with every client. How ever from my side I’ve waited for over 2 year for this hearing and it would have been a little more reassuring to meet with the representative earlier then 10 to 15 minutes prior to the hearing when I have concerns. He did a pretty good job preparing me over the phone and telling me what expect and the outcome was good.
